Rajiv founded KnoVantage Solutions in 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and offshoring services. With a proven track record of advising clients across diverse industries, he is recognized for his deep expertise and strategic insights.

Before establishing KnoVantage, Rajiv spent nearly a decade at KPMG, where he worked across Canada, India, and Germany. During his tenure, he advised middle-market clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, facilitating deals worth over $500 million in enterprise value across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Rajiv's prior experience includes working with the investment banking divisions of UBS and Evalueserve in India. His extensive background in investment banking and consulting has equipped him with a global perspective and a deep understanding of the services industry.

Rajiv holds an MBA from ICFAI University, India, and a Bachelor's in Commerce (Honors) from Calcutta University, India. Currently based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, Rajiv is dedicated to leading KnoVantage Solutions with a focus on innovation and client success.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Rajiv values fitness, meditation, reading, and cherishing quality time with family and friends.
